At vintage, two presses prevent fruit from having to wait on the crush pad for processing, and we operate 24 hours a day and have a daily capability of crushing 100 tonnes. With the facility to handle 700,000 litres, there are over 100 tanks of different dimensions, to cater for different batch sizes.
This enables Wineworx to efficiently produce exceptional quality wines for a wide variety of vineyard clients from boutique growers crushing 2 tonnes to large volume producers with demands to handle over 100 tonnes, in narrow vintage time frames .
Plans for gaining 'Carbon Neutral Certification' are well-advanced, and we are also working towards attaining a quality control system (HACCP Food Safety & Quality), providing clients with great marketing advantages in export markets such as Europe and the USA.
